Railway Shipping Solutions from China to Europe: FCL, LCL and Door-to-Door

Our China–Europe rail freight planning covers FCL and LCL options. The suitable route, departure product, cargo acceptance and collection or delivery stages are confirmed for each shipment. Compare rail, sea and air using the same origin, destination, cargo-ready date, equipment and service scope. Timing, total cost and emissions depend on the actual shipment; no fixed saving applies to every route.

Agree the shipment plan

Provide the cargo description, dimensions, weight, volume, ready date and origin and destination terminals or addresses. We assess the available option and identify the handovers and parties responsible for the stages agreed in the quotation. A rail route is not a promise that every shipment will use the same train throughout.

Charges, timing and insurance

Check the quotation's included and excluded charges, validity, equipment and departure conditions. Door-to-door timing is confirmed per shipment after checking collection addresses, consolidation, the departure and cargo cut-off, customs arrangements and the receiving appointment. It is not calculated by adding a fixed number of days to the rail leg. Any cargo insurance is subject to the proposed policy, exclusions and claims terms; it does not cover every eventuality automatically.

Cargo acceptance

Under our company's current acceptance policy, battery-powered or battery-containing products other than new energy vehicles (NEVs), and dangerous goods, are not accepted. NEVs require shipment-by-shipment review of the vehicle, documents, route and carrying operator's conditions before we confirm acceptance. Chemical products require a safety appraisal report and a separate acceptance review. This is our company policy; regulations and other operators' policies do not establish our ability to carry a shipment.

FCL or LCL?

FCL reserves a container for a shipment; LCL consolidates cargo from several shippers. Confirm the chosen product's charging rules, handling, capacity and cut-offs before booking.
